Sitting where Ahwatukee, Phoenix, and Tempe meet, we're close to shopping malls, farmers' markets, casinos, and a wide variety of dining and entertainment. Easy freeway access also makes it simple to set out on a road trip anywhere in Arizona.

We offer a variety of lease terms, with a 7-month lease being the shortest term available.
The property participates in a master liability coverage program, in which all residents are automatically enrolled. Residents are also encouraged to obtain personal renters insurance or contents coverage through a provider of their choice to protect their personal belongings.

Leasing & Application
Residents must make three (3) times the monthly rental amount.
Yes, the property runs both a credit and criminal background check. A copy of the General Rental Requirements can be obtained from the leasing staff.
In addition to completing a Rental Application and signing the General Rental Requirements, applicants are required to provide a government-issued photo ID and proof of income as part of the application process.
If all required documentation is provided at the time of application, the application process typically takes approximately 72 hours to complete.
Yes, guarantors may be accepted in certain circumstances and are subject to the property’s qualification requirements.
Rent & Payments
Residents can conveniently pay rent through the LOFT Living mobile app, the Resident Portal accessible through the property website, or directly at the leasing office.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late beginning on the 3rd day of the month. Late payments are subject to applicable late fees in accordance with the terms of the Lease Contract.
Residents are responsible for establishing and maintaining their own electricity, cable, and internet services.

Parking & Storage
Parking is available throughout the property for residents and guests. While the community is not gated, residents are required to register their vehicles in order to obtain a parking permit.

Temporary parking passes are available for guests who wish to park within the community. Additional visitor parking is also available near the front of the property by the leasing office.

For residents who utilize public transportation, Route 108 is conveniently accessible, with the nearest bus stop located approximately a 22-minute walk from the property. This provides an additional transportation option for getting around the area.
Move-In & Move-Out
Once the application is approved, you will need to setup and provide your electric account number, ensure all leasing paperwork documents are signed, and pay your prorated rent and other move-in charges.
A 60-days’ notice of intent to move-out must be provided in writing.

Any guest staying longer than 7-days in the apartment, must be added to the lease. Residents are allowed two guests to accompany them in any amenity or community area facilities.

Residents who choose to move out before the end of their lease term are required to provide 60 days’ written notice of intent to vacate and pay the applicable early termination fee, as outlined in the Lease Contract. The early termination fee is due at the time the written notice to vacate is submitted to the leasing office.
